Our work

Commissioned by art director and curator Miguel Herrera, we produced a documentary series that journeys across Mexico to profile its master traditional artists. Our filmmaking took us from Oaxaca’s workshops with maestros Jacobo and María Ángeles, to Sonora’s Comcaac community and artisan Ana María Morales, to the historic pottery of Elías Peña in Chihuahua, and finally to Metepec, where maestro Hilario Hernández creates his iconic Trees of Life.
