Chris has spent her entire life studying from home the traditional rites and their connection with the universe. But after an anonymous report of alleged forced labor, she must attend a traditional school, where she will discover what the community thinks about her family. Now, she must make a choice: continue supporting her father, or stop him to prevent what, according to her new confidants, could cause irreparable harm to the society she believes she belongs to.
